Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. 2. The original receipt or other proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the exchange. 3. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded. Non-Eligible Items: 1. Sale items, custom orders, and any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange. Exchange Process: 1.
