However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange items within 3 days of the receiving date, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2. The original receipt or other proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the exchange.
3. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Non-Eligible Items:
1. Sale items, custom orders, and any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process:
1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2. The exchange must be completed in-store or through our designated shipping process.
